Office of the Returning Officer

The Office of the Returning Officer is a 1 person office. The returning officer is in-charge of accepting & achieving nominations & declarations. The returning officer is also in-charge of fairness throughout the campaigning stage ensuring all campaign marketing is fair & truthful. The returning officer will handle reports of foul campaign strategies and forward the case to the Commissioner of Conduct and/or the whole electoral board if needed.
